Please contact our Accounts Department for more details. Please note that some pupils may, of course, be eligible for both discounts as appropriate. OTHER DETAILS AND SCHOOL FEES POLICIES - At Rhodes Park School, fees are payable in advance for each term. We do, of course, allow pre-payments.
- Our Accounts Department issues School Fees invoices for next term at least 30 days before the end of the term.
- The tuition fees for a particular term are due and payable by the last day of the previous term.
- Those parents and guardians who have already paid tuition fees in full for any term in future will not be affected by any increase to fees applied to that term effected after that.
- School places can only be guaranteed by payment of fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT New and prospective parents should please note that the school requires a deposit of 60% as follows: A. When the security deposit is due The deposit is paid at the time the pupil enters the school. B. Terms of refund To pupils who leave the school with the requisite notice The required notice is currently one full term meaning that we must receive their letter of withdrawal by the beginning of the pupil's final term. The deposit will be credited to their final term's fees or refund in cash (i.e. cheque payable to parent/guardian) at time of leaving if they had already settled their final term?s fees. C. How much will be refunded In order to take into account the effects of inflation, the refund structure shall be as follows: | Pupil leaving within two years of entering school | 100% refund of what was paid. | | Pupil leaving after more than two years | 60% of current tuition fees (one term) for the grade they occupied in their last term at the school |
D. Amount to be paid as security deposit Each pupils entering Rhodes Park School will be liable for 60% of the tuition fees charged for grade they are entering
